1. Production time

Each product is created after the order is placed, so there is a short production period before shipping.
Most orders are ready to ship within 2 to 7 business days.
Production times may be longer during peak seasons or for larger orders.

2. Shipping options and delivery times

Several shipping options are available:
Economy Shipping (US Only): 4-8 business days for delivery.
Standard Shipping: Typically 2-5 business days for US orders, and 7-30 business days internationally.
Priority Shipping: Usually 2-3 business days for US orders, or 3-5 business days internationally. Availability may vary.
Express Delivery (US Only): Delivers within 2-3 business days, including production time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Order tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once the order ships.
Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate.
You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

4. International shipping

Shipping is available to most countries worldwide.
International delivery times range from 7 to 30 business days.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Check with your local customs office for information on potential charges.

5. Shipping restrictions

Ensure the shipping address is accurate, complete, and uses Latin characters.
Address line 1 is limited to 35 characters, and Address line 2 to 30 characters.
Some carriers may have P.O. box restrictions, and you will be notified if this applies to your order.

6. Delays and lost packages

Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or supply chain issues.
You will be informed of significant delays.
If your order is delayed or lost, contact us with your name and order number for assistance.

7. Returns and exchanges

Due to the custom nature of products, returns or refunds are generally not offered unless items are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and photos.
These cases are handled individually to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
