Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are not supported for reasons such as:
    • Ordering the wrong size or color.
    • A change of mind.
  • Carefully review orders before finalizing purchases to ensure the correct options are selected.

Refunds and Replacements

  • A free replacement or a refund is offered in cases of damaged products or manufacturing errors.
  • To report an issue:
    • Contact TheMushroom.site within 30 days of the product delivery date.
    • Provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the problem.
    • The damaged item usually does not need to be returned.
    • If multiple items with the same design are affected, include a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame.
  • Refunds are usually processed to the original payment method.

Important notes

  • Low-Quality Design: Reprints or refunds will not be offered for print issues resulting from a low-quality design file provided by the customer.
  • Incorrect Address: If an order is unsuccessful due to an incorrect delivery address, a replacement may be offered with an additional charge or a partial refund.
  • Minor Print Variations: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a tolerance of 0.5 inches is allowed for print placement. Minor variations within this range will not be considered defects.
